VICINITY Centres together with Perth Airport have entered into an agreement that will see a 110-store Direct Factory Outlet (DFO) be built on the estate, near Terminal(s) 3 and 4.
The DFO will be placed on a nine hectare site in the Airport West Retail Park, located along Dunreath Drive.

“The DFO marks the start of an exciting phase in the evolution of the airport, and Vicinity has a successful track record in operating DFOs”, said Steve Holden – Executive General Manager Property, Perth Airport.
Vicinity Centres already operate five DFOs across Australia and this will be their first Perth outlet.
Vicinity is delighted to have entered into this joint venture with Perth Airport and to have the opportunity to create a world-class outlet centre for Perth residents and visitors.
Work on the $145 million project is expected to begin in mid-2017, and be completed by the start of 2018.
